Disadvantages of Padlet Technology Tool

 

1.      Must pay for the more advanced features.

2.      Privacy varies due to everyone's posts being visible.

3.      Padlet account can be deleted or blocked by your computer’s virus protection software, leaving users unable to access their wall.

4.      Inappropriate content may be created by other users on the site.  

5.      Browsing walls can turn up material that is not suitable for children.

6.      Account may enable google to sell your information​.

7.      Teachers have no control of what students may type or post.¹
